Our service desk solution already has English, Portuguese and Spanish interfaces. Additionally, HelpDesk-3 supports the time zone synchronization (one of the few in the market) and knowledge base management. These are just some of the aspects of our service desk solution. However we need partners to assist us in the implementation of projects outside Brazil. Our export strategy is to start with joint projects with partners in Brazil, then we could introduce an export process together.
We are developing a new version of HelpDesk-3. The new version, for instance, won´t have language limitation. Its is being built based on our framework, wich was reviwed just to meet the product development needs.
We are looking for partners willing to join us in this challenge. We believe that having good solutions and being a reference company in Brazil is not enough. We want to establish strategic partnerships with global companies that can demonstrate the value of our products and services. We need to work together with strong companies wich operate world wide.
